Cincinnati Kayak Fishing is back with its second event of 2023 on April 22nd, and this time, we're heading to two of the most scenic locations in Indiana – Brookville Lake and Whitewater Memorial State Park Lake.

The event follows KBF Rules Standard, with a 5 fish limit and an 8-inch minimum. So get your gear ready, and don't forget to get your IDNR sticker before the day of the event. You can order it online at https://www.in.gov/dnr/state-parks/rates-and-fees/boating-fees-and-lake-permits/.

The day starts early, with the launch at 6:30 am, followed by the first cast at 7:00 am. Lines should be in by 3:00 pm, and submissions should be in by 4:00 pm. Brookville Lake and Whitewater Memorial State Park Lake offer the perfect backdrop for a serene day of kayak fishing. With their secluded spots, you're sure to find some impressive bass and explore the natural beauty of these stunning lakes.

It's essential to note that both lakes have specific regulations for fishing, and participants should ensure they comply with all rules and regulations. Additionally, kayakers should take safety precautions, including wearing a personal flotation device and checking weather conditions before heading out.

Whether you're a seasoned kayak angler or a beginner looking to try something new, Cincinnati Kayak Fishing's 2nd event is the perfect opportunity to have some fun and enjoy a beautiful day on the water.
